is a structured plan designed to improve your overall well-being—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through daily habits. It usually combines nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and personal development.

  • Wake up early (around 6–7 AM)
  • Drink a glass of water
  • Light stretching or short walk
  • Eat a healthy breakfast (fruits, oats, eggs)
  • Optional: 5–10 minutes meditation
  • Exercise at least 30 minutes a day
  • Mix:
    • Cardio (walking, jogging)
    • Strength (push-ups, squats)
    • Flexibility (stretching or yoga)
  • Practice deep breathing or meditation
  • Stay connected with friends/family
  • Limit stress and overthinking
  • Write your thoughts (journaling)
